Services
Services built around what your organization actually needs.
Not every organization needs the same level of work. Some need a clear plan. Some need a system built. Some need ongoing help after launch. Our services are structured in practical stages so you only pay for what moves you forward.
Service 01
Workflow & Spreadsheet Assessment
What it is. A focused engagement that makes sense of your current workflow. We review the spreadsheets, ask the right questions, and hand you a practical plan for what a replacement system should look like.
Who it’s for. Organizations that know their current setup is holding them back but need a clearer picture of what to build — or whether to build anything at all.
What we do
- Review your existing spreadsheets and tools
- Map the workflow from intake to completion
- Identify bottlenecks, duplicate work, and reporting gaps
- Define what a replacement system should do
- Deliver a written assessment with a clear recommendation
What you get
A written plan you can use with us, another firm, or internally. It’s yours.
Service 02
Custom Internal System Build
What it is. A scoped build that replaces your spreadsheet-heavy workflow with a single internal application. Database-backed, built for your team, and designed to match the way you actually work.
Typical features
- Centralized records (clients, jobs, cases, members, inventory — whatever your organization runs on)
- Forms for clean data entry
- Dashboards and reporting
- Search, filters, and saved views
- Workflow and status tracking
- Role-based access
- Notes and change history
- Imports and exports
- Login and user management
How we approach it
Every build starts from the assessment. That means the scope, the cost, and the shape of the system are clear before any work begins — no surprise invoices, no feature creep.
Service 03
Ongoing Support & Refinement
What it is. Support after launch for the inevitable small changes, new reports, additional users, and iterative improvements.
What it covers
- Small enhancements and adjustments
- Bug fixes
- Additional reports and dashboards
- Admin support and user training
- Continued refinement as your workflow evolves
Systems we build
The kinds of systems we typically build.
We don’t build products. We build right-sized internal tools that replace specific workflows. A few common patterns:
Client or case intake systems
Replacing the handoff-heavy spreadsheet that tracks people through a pipeline.
Job and project tracking
For service companies coordinating field work, scheduling, and invoicing.
Membership & program management
For nonprofits tracking members, renewals, programs, and attendance.
Grant and funding tracking
For teams juggling deadlines, deliverables, and reporting to funders.
Inventory & asset tracking
For small operations that have outgrown a shared Google Sheet.
Your specific workflow
Your system won’t look like any of these exactly. It will look like your workflow.
What’s included
What a typical system includes.
Every build ships with the foundations you’d expect from a real internal tool — not a glorified spreadsheet. The exact feature set is tailored to your workflow, but most systems include:
- Secure login and user management
- Role-based permissions
- Centralized records with clean data entry
- Search, filters, and saved views
- Status and workflow tracking
- Notes and change history
- Dashboards and reporting
- Imports and exports
Good fit / not a fit
Are we the right partner for you?
Good fit
- A 5–50 person small business, nonprofit, or operations team
- Running critical workflows across several spreadsheets
- Coordinating recurring admin work across people and steps
- Relying on one person who “owns” the process in their head
- Looking for better visibility and reporting
Probably not
- A large enterprise looking for a platform-wide transformation
- Building a consumer-facing app or marketplace
- Looking for a generic template website only
- Hoping for a $500 off-the-shelf fix
On pricing
Honest shape, no surprise invoices.
We don’t publish fixed prices because every engagement is different. Assessments are a flat fee. Builds are scoped and quoted after the assessment — so you’ll know what the system will cost, and what it will do, before committing to anything.
FAQ
Common questions.
How much does a system cost?
Every engagement is scoped, but as a rough shape: assessments are a flat fee (typically in the low four figures), and builds are scoped and quoted from the assessment. You’ll always know the price before committing.
How long does it take?
Most assessments land in 1–2 weeks. Builds vary with scope but are typically 6–12 weeks for a focused workflow replacement.
How is this different from Airtable, Monday, or Notion?
Those tools are great when you just need a better shared spreadsheet. Our builds go further — real database logic, real workflow rules, real role-based access, and a system that stays structured as your team grows.
Do we own what you build?
Yes. You own your data, your documentation, and (where applicable) your code. No lock-in to tools only we can maintain.
What if our workflow changes?
It will. We design systems to accommodate change, and ongoing support is a service on purpose — so the system keeps fitting the organization, not the other way around.
